Privacy Policy
What the content-x.ai site collects, why, and the choices you have. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect
- Lead form submissions: name, company, work email, and any project details you choose to share. Submissions also carry campaign context (UTM parameters, click identifiers, referrer, and landing path) so we know how you found us.
- Booking details: if you schedule a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. The Calendly widget loads only after you click to open it.
- Payments: checkout is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
- Site analytics: we may run privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible) and, when advertising campaigns are active, an advertising pixel. Pixels are disabled for visitors who send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, produce requested samples, and deliver contracted work.
- To understand which campaigns and pages bring visitors, so we can improve the site.
- To attribute revenue to advertising spend when you arrive from a paid campaign.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client production assets to train models without a written agreement.
Where it lives
- Lead submissions land in our own same-origin API and internal CRM tooling — they are not brokered through third-party form vendors.
- Client production work can run fully self-hosted inside your infrastructure (Studio-in-a-Box), in which case your scripts, footage, and brand assets never leave your environment.
Your choices
- Reach us through the contact form on the studio page (content-x.ai/contentx/studio#lead) to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
- Enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser to opt out of advertising pixels on this site.
- Enterprise engagements can include a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and security review on request.
